MEI-CHA Pigment Applicator is specially designed for applying pigment during microstroking / microblading procedure. Many of the common practice we have seen that technicians are using toothpicks to apply pigment, which is extremely unsanitary and can cause problem to owner’s liability. MEI-CHA has spent a long time engineering this tool. Each piece is individually packaged, sterilized, lot date coded with expiration date to meet all requirement.
